The building consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, office, guest WC and 3 bedrooms with sanitary facilities.

The house consists of a simple geometry and is organized in an "L" shape, which delimits the terrace area and a part of the courtyard. The view to the street is more austere with stone and hpl cladding, while the rear side has large glazed windows that unify the living spaces with the exterior.
